We were delighted with the enthusiastic response from the engineering students at Kilmarnock College following our recent presentation on steel fabrication and structural engineering.

During our talk we explained to the students the history of Millar Callaghan’s conception, growth and our future ambitions for the company. We also explained the excellent opportunities for growth and personal development of successful applicants joining the Millar Callaghan team.

We aim to recruit approximately four to six apprentices over the coming weeks. The successful applicants will be given the opportunity to develop a trade through the BCSA Craft Scheme Apprenticeship whilst working on some of the country’s most iconic bridges and structures.
