“The Forth Bridge reopening was voted for by the public as the greatest engineering achievement of 2016”
- Nicola Sturgeon
Millar Callaghan Engineering Services Limited was formed in November 1999 by David Millar and Roy Callaghan. Both David and Roy have vast experience in structural steel fabrication. These experiences range from the design and manufacture of simple portal frame buildings to the more complex projects of pharmaceutical stainless steel pressure vessels, road and rail bridges and extending to the very high profiled projects such as strengthening and jacking up the Forth Road Bridge.
It is no coincidence that Millar Callaghan has become renowned for its high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, not to mention its innovative and in some cases pioneering approach to providing fabrication solutions.
From the company’s inception in 1999 a conscious decision and ongoing commitment has been made by David and Roy to establish Millar Callaghan Engineering as the contractor of choice by its clients. This has been accomplished through continued investment in workforce and plant to achieve the accreditation and recognition required to compete at the very highest level in the construction industry.
With a high volume of repeat business and exclusive partnerships with some of the country’s leading construction companies and high profiled client base, Millar Callaghan are convinced that raising the bar on quality and offering the client the very best in value for money and commitment has been the backbone of the company’s success.
With this philosophy Millar Callaghan are continuing to invest in the future to ensure that they continue to be the contractor of choice by, not only their current, but also their future clients.
