Millar Callaghan Engineering Services Ltd were proud to support Amey’s South West Trunk Roads team and fellow subcontractors in a recent community initiative linked to the M8 Woodside Viaduct project in Glasgow.

As part of the initiative, food and essential supplies were donated to Najra Helping Hands and Community Central Halls, helping to support local food cupboards and families in the surrounding area.

The July donation formed part of Amey’s ongoing programme of quarterly community support and was timed to coincide with the school summer holidays, when many families can face additional financial pressure and local support services often experience increased demand.

As one of the subcontractors involved in the project, MCES were delighted to contribute to the initiative and help support the communities surrounding the works.

We are pleased to continue working alongside Amey and the wider project team on the M8 Woodside Viaduct, while also supporting initiatives that deliver a positive impact beyond the construction works themselves.
